ServiceForMe.com has a very simple purpose founded on two key facts:
Some people have things that need doing.
They have no time available for doing those things and they have nobody in mind that can help.
They are called consumers.
Some people have skills to do things.
They have time available to do those things and they would like to earn money by doing work.
They are called service providers.
ServiceForMe.com connects people who have things that need doing (consumers) with people who have skills to do things (service providers).
The things to be done can be almost any legal and legitimate service work.
The website allows the sharing of pictures/documents, and it includes important features to support the safety and security of both parties.
Every ServiceForMe.com user begins by creating an Account (Register).
A single account can be used for any purpose.
You can be a consumer, a service provider, or both with just one account.
Consumers create Projects to define the requirements for the things they need done.
A project must include a label/name, an email address, a USPS ZIP code (or Canadian postal code), a maximum range of miles (driving distance) to search within, and one or more specific services needed.
Consumers create Projects then actively seek out Service Providers who meet the requirements.
Consumers decide which of the matching Service Providers they want to contact and how they want to contact them.
They can respond to Service Provider questions anonymously via the website.
ServiceForMe.com welcomes individuals, and organizations of all kinds, to be consumers. It's a wonderful
resource for finding local providers with the right skills to handle almost any type of service need.
